The wiper arm might have moved on the shaft. Pull the cover off the mounting point and check the nut. You might have the wiper arm problem where the blade skips have the window? Or is the arm only going half way? If it seems to lift off the glass, you will need to replace the wiper arm, Ford redesigned the arm at some point to cure that problem.

mine wasn't wiping the top half and all i did was flip the blade. and bent the arm in, not to much just enough to put more pressure on the blade. and it works great

it is making the full rotation and wiping the farthar side of the window

There are a few possibilities that come to mind:

-The hinge on the arm itself might be sticking. A shot of WD-40 should help that.
-The motor mounting bracket may have become bent. Car washes are notorious for grabbing the rear wiper and yanking on it funny ways. Remove the trim panel and see what you've got.
-The motor and/or mounting bracket may have come loose. Again, remove the trim panel and take a look.
