The meeting place

So very happy to see so many of us ar going to show up at the Ford Fair, I wonder if we should get a stand or what ever they have there, seems that all of us in various places in the carpark is a little of a let down after we all made the effort to attend!

'less we meet up at a pub near by b4 hand!

Dont know what to suggest--anyone got any ideas?

if we´re getting a stand then we´ll be inside the arena.. we should meet up at a travel lodge or somewhere near before hand to do a meet n greet or something.. then convoy in and go from there.. sound good?

How do we organize a stand- what would it take, or shall we just get there after the meet and great, or it may put people off with more expense................?
O well I am so happy we all get to meet!!!!!!
