Ford is not in the name of this site. I did that purposely figuring that it would be an infingement of their name. "Ford Explorer Enthusiast Message Board" is a description.

I think they would have a hard time enforcing that here anyway since they have known about the site for the past 4 years and have participated in several of our events.

I really don't think it is appropriate to use Ford's name in the URL or name of the site since it can be misconstrued as being directly affiliated with FOMOCO.

This site may not be hit by ford. F-150 World hasn't been told to change their name yet because it doesn't have "Ford" in the title. Since this site is Explorer4x4.com it may not get a warning to change its name.
