it my mothers van its 2002 ford it got a 3.8 and the codes where p0171 and p0174 so i cleaned the maf and i change the fuel filter so i cleared the light and it came bake and i got the p0171 back abank 1 lean what could it be any help it would be good

lean bank 1 and 2 are usually a vacuum leak
lean codes on a single bank usually indicate a bad o2 sensor.

windstars are known for manifold leaks..and IMRC problems/leaks
