On the back right side the pad is worn down to nothing. Now the sound reminds me of like a rake tine on metal. Also i think both front bearings are bad too. I would think they would be ok, til after I do the rear brakes. Is it any different doing the rears? Just a rotor change and a pads for both sides.

You have the park brake to deal with. That can be a pain. Make sure you know what you're doing when you go to set it back up and adjust it.
