So, I searched and searched on here and on Google, but haven't found what I'm looking for. I was looking at the laws for Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota just cause I was bored and came across a law in Iowa that was pending back in 2010 that stated frame height would be limited to 23 inches if passed.
My question to you guys is, what is the stock frame height on an Explorer? 2x4 and 4x4 any year? If that law is passed, a guy couldn't even put a lift on their vehicle if it's already at 23 inches. I would go check myself, but my Expo is in the shop awaiting the day I pay to get 'er back. If ya'll could help me out, I'd be much obliged
