Frame Question?

Hey guys, i recently baught a 97 spt explorer. I can't seem to find the correct things for my truck like a bl, suspension lift and a brush gard or light bar. My question is: what other truck frame are compatible to mean? Is it true that Ranger's frame are the same as my truck.

You can do the torsion twist (free) but no more than 2", shackles ($50) and a 2 or 3" body lift (~$100). Up to 5" lift there.

Search for those three as there is a ton of info about them on this site.

PA883 or PA 853. don't remember which is the 2" and which is the 3"

If you do the torsion twist you'll need to get an alignment afterwards too.
