I think most dogs know more then 4 Wheel Parts... This is just another ploy for them to hook more customers under their poor customer service. I don't think I will shop there ever again...

I gotta say, the 4 Wheel Parts store here in San Jose is very reputable and all the work I have done there have been quality work and I've been pleased with it.
