Front bottom door speakers

I recently bought some kenwood aftermarket speakers for my from bottom door. I bought the adapter and installed it myself but I’m having problems with getting more power to the speakers. They sound week, like barely any sound is coming through. Is there anything i can do to get all the potential out of the aftermarket speakers?

Sounds like it could be an impedance issue. What model are the Kenwood speakers? What is the OHM rating?

Just to add what Peter asked, are they correct kind of speakers. Component, 2way, 3way? Not sure what ones are in the front door but my guess is component speakers

Hate to ask a dumb question, but did you check the EQ and make sure it's balanced for all instead of driver? I thought my Pioneers were kinda weak until I made this change.
