On an extended test drive & still playing with all the features. 2020 Limited RWD
Is the front camera, in the grille, only used for the 360 bird's-eye view, or can it be selected on its own?

There is a camera button below the touch screen to turn on the front camera when parking. I use it quite a bit when going in my garage. It will only activate via the button during low parking space speeds.
 












Will have to check it when I get it back.
It's in the shop getting an alignment & some trim/rattle addressed pre-purchase.
In an Edge ST for a loaner. Quick but never cared for how the Edge drives.

So the answer would be NO for the birds-eye view. It can, however, be selected on its own as mentioned above.

Ah, I was only messing with it in Reverse, so that makes sense.
Hoping they call me today to pick it back up. The Edge ST is nice, but only for the power.

Now, is there anything to improve the resolution. Pretty grainy image front & rear.

Had a similar problem on my 2020 Limited. Rear camera was great but other three cameras were grainy. It took two dealer trips, a module replacement and new dash and a new camera wiring harness over 5 weeks to repair. A good service tech and rep also helped.
It's a long story but because the was an employee that cared at each problem intersection the problem was solved.
I have a good dealer.
 






I still have some factory warranty, so may chase that lead & see what the dealer can do.
