FRont coil spring/shock support rusted through

The front coil spring/shock support on the driver's side of my '91 Explorer is rusting through. I have a good rust free replacement. What's the best way to replace this? Looks like it might be best to drop the front axle so that the spring is unloaded against the support. Is there a better way? How would I drop the front axle assembly?

Are you talking about the radius arm or a different part?

I think he is talking about the Coil Spring Bucket. My Driver's Side is in bad condition but has failed yet. I plan on changing mine in the Autumn Season. I got two good replacements from another member on the site.
