Front diff hitting the drop bracket

Hey guys,
My front pumpkin is hitting the drop bracket on my supertlift 5/5" - even with the sway bars on. Granted, I don't have the new bumpstops, but I didn't think I punded the thing hard enough to whack yet. Any ideas - other than a D44 - how to avoid this?

I think everyones does that.
I just took a grinder and ground down a little off the pumkin. I don't think it will hurt anything.

I have to put a 5.5" bumpstop on mine because I punched a hole in my diff. I think my old trailmaster brackets have been redesigned to avoid this, but The bumpstops don't limit my travel because the diff did prior

Wouldn't that make a weak spot in the diff? I think that is a place I would try and keep the grinder away from.

weak spot? the case isnt holding a load, so whats going to give?

i'm on my second diff (housing, spiders and all) thanks to my trailmaster bracket. and as far as i know and have been told by trailmaster, there is not new bracket. the folks at trailmaster tell me i shouldnt be wheelin' so hard. f*ck em, i'm in the process of building my own drop bracket.

I did the pumpkin. It was just one of the little fins on the side that I was hitting.

I'm hitting the fin too. I can't really grind the bracket because it is hitting at the end of the arm - right about where the bushing is...
