front end noise

ive been having this front end knock for a little while i just replaced my sway bar links and bushings and it hep some but im still occasionally getting the noise i just cranked up my torsion bars an inch and a half and got an alignment right after and now im getting another slightly different knock too, any ideas

When was the last time you inspected your ball joints binding, or a a control arm bushing(s)? Or shock bushings? Or a tie rod binding or bad and the t/r ends?

ball joints were recently replaced so they should be good, i was concerned about my control arm bushings but they seem to be fine, the bushings at the end of my a arms seemed to be rotted and im replacing my shocks soon so im kinda down to a process of elimination just trying to get any input which is always helpful
