I just had my transfer case replaced along with the motor that is part of it, and now when I turn even slightly the steering wheel shakes pretty bad. Any input is appreciated! Before the transfer case broke my Explorer was shaking until I accelerated, then it would stop. Now the transfer case is new, the shaking is still there. I am concerned that it is even safe to drive. :usa:

Welcome to this forum! There are several possibilities such as an improperly balanced driveshaft, bad alignment or wheels which need to be balanced. Are the halfshafts or u-joints making clicking noises? How are the mounts & balljoints?

Sounds like there's air in the power steering.

With the engine running cycle the steering back and forth several times to get the air out.
