Front hub replacement?

My Exp started today to make a loud "clicking" noise coming from front driver wheel side. :roll:
Since previously the front was making a "hum/vibration", I have already purchased the front hubs, waiting for nice weather/replacement.
I don't think is the CV axle, because it does it independently of how wheels are turned.

So... what's the size of the axle nut? What's the torque requirement for it? I could not find a "how to" on a quick search, sorry if is one out there already.
 






I think its a 35mm, but would have to look.
 






Haynes book says 157-213 ft-lbs for torque. Seems correct...

Measured the nut with a adjustable wrench and tape measure and it looks like 31 or 32 mm...
 






Make sure to get a deep socket.. I got a 32mm socket that wasn't deep enough and couldn't get it over the nut..
