If I am remembering correctly on my '97, it had a small bag or envelope in the glovebox with the screws in it. I think the front plate requires two screws in the bottom of the plate while the top of the plate slides under some tabs.

Kind of unrelated, but- for those of us who do not need to post the State tag on the front, what do you say up front? My wife has command of the X, so it says "Evil, Wicked, Mean and Nasty" I think it suits her better every day (LOL). My truck wears "Fight Crime, Shoot First".

If I didn't have to have a front plate I'd probably leave that spot open or put some lights there. But I have to have one so the cops can pull me over easier Dead Link Removed

Penn State Alumni Plate on mine, and I had that little bag of screws in the glove box when I got the truck. If you don't have them, any hardware store can provide screws that fit.
