Front Receiver Hitch

Ive been thinking about taking some of the $$ I earn over Spring Break and buying a front receiver hitch. Ive only looked in JC Whitney, and they list a Hidden Hitch product. Has anyone used this, or does anyone have a front receiver hitch? Also, this would be my future winch mount, do you think this is a good idea?

Also, has anyone heard anything good/bad about the new Mile Marker E Series (electric) winches? They seem like a pretty good price, just wondering if it would be worth it, or should I just go with warn.
