Front Timing Chain Guides and or chain

this is the 1st vehicle I've ever had go over 200k miles. Unfortunately - I wasn't the one who got the enjoyment of putting all those miles on. I'm thinking engine swap or bye-bye...

Just bought a 4.0 explorer, 06, had a hole in the driver valve cover where the tensioner parts blew through, is there a write up or a sticky on this procedure please help!!!
