Front turn signal replace screw part number

I'm looking to replace the lost screw to hold in place my drivers turn signal for my explorer. If anyone can direct me to a replacement or what screw number it is and maybe take a look at the local auto parts store. Appreciate any help!

I would just go to a salvage yard if you have one close by. They probably won't even charge you and you will get the right one the first time.
