ive got a 1993 explorer with a 2 inch body lift and 31x10.50s on it. im getting pretty bad gas mileage, not saying i was getting any better gas mileage before i put the lift and the 31x10.50s on, but does anyone know of something i can do to give it a little better fuel efficiency, besides taking off the bigger tires.

What do you get?

i get about 180-200 miles per tank

Well, normal maintenance would be a good start. Depending on the miles; plugs and plug wires, clean the MAS, fluid changes, FPR, O2s, tstat. Just to name a few things ;)

But basically there's no substitute for maintenance.

Give changing to synthetic fluids a thought?
