Fuel Filter Changing Tool

From what I have read, there is a little plastic tool needed to change the fuel filter. Anyone know where to get this at? I checked on amazon, but could not find one. There really isn't an auto parts store near me so I am trying to avoid running around town looking for a piece of plastic.

this is wht you are looking for. Parts stores sell them, called "fuel line disconnect tool"

there are several versions, I have the first one and have found it will work fine.

Awesome! Amazon had it and I got the fuel filter from there too. Now, I am just hoping that will solve my problem (fingers crossed). Thanks.

Yeah, I was looking at the before, which tipped me off to the fact that I needed get the tool. It also confirmed I had the right filter (got the same as you). Thanks for the help.

Not that familiar with the vehicle, but where is the distribution box located (roughly)?

I would recommend the metal disconnect tools...

from Harbor Freight tools... They are more durable than the plastic tools especially if force is needed...They can be found here...

And on the power distribution box it is located on the driver side in front of the master cylinder...
