Lol...stupid question, sorry to waste yours guys time, but damn I cant get this thing off, I am very mechanically inclined, and I still cant do, how you you get those 2 fittings off the filter, then put the new one on?

Also is seafoam available at Autozone or NApa?

Are you having problems with the fuel filter removal tool?

I have two stainless steel clips that are the saftey couplings or w/e they are called, to keep it from blowing off while driving... I have those off, I cant get the hose d/c from the filter on either side...? What tool do I need to get that off?

Right, I had the same problem because I didn't know about the special tool required... It's called a Fuel Line or A/C line quick disconnect/release tool... There are 2 little metal clips with teeth that hold on to the filter... This tool opens the teeth so the filter can be released... I never used the tool because my shop teacher didn't say anything about it (hes not the cleanest tool in the box). So, I was able to release one side by just yanking and twisting for 45 mins, and got the other side off by using a screwdriving and prying. I ended up breaking both clips this way and had to buy them at a ford dealership at 8$ a peice (The tool is probably cheaper than buying new clips). If you do a search on the foums you will probably find my thread, It's called fuel line problem or fuel filter problem, had lots of good information and like 2 or 3 pages worth of posts. Good luck
