Hi Newbie here,
My fuel guage isnt working and after searching the net to find some tidbit's about this, i came across a site that suggested to try a couple of things to try and isolate if it was the guage, the float or the sending unit.
According to them i should do this "Unplug the sending unit near the tank, and watch the fuel gauge with the key on. It should go to empty".
I did this and instead of staying on empty where it was, the guage went up to full. Does this mean wiring problems?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
James
