fuel pressure check

does anyone know where the fuel pressure valve to check the fuel rail pressure is located,is it under the blue cap on the rear passenger side fuel rail?

Schrader valve...

That is where I found my test port for fuel pressure.. That is also where I put the sensor for my electric fuel pressure gauge...
