I have been haveing problems with my gas gauge it stays on empty all the time even after a fill up.I put in a new fuel pump and stuff i the tank to day and still no fuel gauge still reads empty. Also I have the problem were you can pump the gas becuse it shuts the pump off.I have check the filler line and no blocks and I check the ball valve i the tanke today that moves great.I also blew out the breather line and we still can't grt the gas to go in with out shutting off after 20 or 30 cents goes in We have tried every sation in town and it don't matter were we get gas it does it.Any help o these two probles would be great thanks Dan

I can't provide an answer to the second problem, but the first one sounds like it might be a bad cluster or some soldering required on the circuit board. Replacing them is fairly easy depending on how mechanically inclined you are. I had the same problem, but with my older 1993 model when I did own it, bad cluster which had to be replaced at the dealership. Below is the link to a great write up if you want to tackle it. You will need to find a replacement one at either a junk yard or parts store. I replaced mine on my 2002 when I wanted the new cluster look from the 2003 and up models.
