fuel pump access

if you can access the fuel pump on a 1995 explorer through the floor boards like they showed on that earlier model?????????

Yes. Locations are identicle on all Explorers 1991-2001. They just install slightly differently.

You mean there's an access panel in the floorboard to
change the fuel pump?

No. There's not one from the factory. BUT there are plans posted here on the site that tells you where to cut if you would like to have one.
