Hi all, I just replaced my oem pump with a new one (my oem one lasted 200k) I could smack the fuel tank and the old one would come back on. So I just went ahead and replaced the pump. I took apart the plastic housing and stuck in the new one and now its not priming with the ignition on  With the ignition ON/engine OFF I'm getting 6.65 Volts going to the pump. Does this sound right? If not, what should I be looking for? Thanks for any info all!!!

check the relay sometimes after you replace a pump the relay will fail

Just took out the pump and hot wired it- its DOA. Thanks for the suggestion though.

A fuel pump is one thing you want to spend money on,nothing from advance or any cheap $60 crap.I learned that the hard way also,I hope they honor your warranty.:D
