Fuel pump relay location?

hello, my name is josh, and i own a 1996 Ranger with a 3.0 v6, and i just recently had a problem where my fuel pump just died, now i removed the bed and decided to go backwards and test the fuel pump and well give it a tune up, and replace what needs to be replaced, now the Fuel pump works, i tested the actual plug, and im getting 0 volts, so im wondering can it be the FP relay? or some other electrical component, but my question is, i cant seem to find what each relay does. maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

Also, be sure to check the Inertia Fuel Shutoff Switch which is intended to turn off the fuel pump after a collision. It is located below the dash above the passenger side foot well and can be reset manually. Sometimes, a passenger will kick it or it can be triggered while offroading. Sometimes, it just decides to go over to the Dark Side and needs to be replaced.
