Something you could try is to remove one relay each night and see if you can tell a difference. You talk about a slow voltage drain, how can you tell...slow cranking in the morning? If so, if you try this, you can eliminate them one by one. Just be sure to put it back in before trying to start in the morning.
I would recommend that you buy a service manual if you plan to keep your Explorer for a while. It contains a lot of interesting procedures to diagnose problems and is worth its weight in gold when you get one of those problems you just can't seem to figure out. I have a Haynes manual and it only cost me $10-15 at Autozone or Advance.
