Under the hood, passenger side in back/behind of the air filter box. The circuit names the relays are for are on the inside of the lid.

On the 1991 and 1992 the relays are on the UNDER SIDE of the fuse box on the passenger side under the hood. On the 1993/1994 they put them on top so you could easily get to them..
