Fuel Spillage Issues

I am having this issue. Just bought my piu a few months ago and have not been able to fill it up once. I am putting in $20 every few days and have wasted so much gas from the spillage. It is the 2017 piu. What has the issue been as I am not able to take to a dealer and am having to do the repairs myself. Any help would be much appreciated!

Is there a reason you can't take it to a dealership to have them check it out?
Some members mentioned that spider webs in the air vent tube may have caused their issues. It does sound like a venting issue that causes the pump to shut off early.
