Fuse #41 keeps blowing in 02 Ford Explorer

I need help finding out why the #41 fuse keeps blowing, it started doing it in Oct and has gotten worse since then it was just blowing when you started backing up, but now it will blow while the vehicle is in motion. Has been in the shop twice the first time they just replaced the fuse, the second time they said they rewired the truck, which I doubt because the dealer never paid them. I need help I need to get my truck fixed.

Did you figure this out...Mine has done the same thing....been in the shop twice, we replace all of the o2 sensors
