Fuse Block Whoos

Well more problems with the fuse block. The parking light fuse is being picky about when it wants to work and not to work. If I turn on my lights and they turn on but the dash doesn't, I can hit the fuse block cover a couple of times and it will come back on. I cannot find the short though. A radio fuse is loose on the right side and is also bothersome some times. Tommorrow I am going to fiddle with it. Has any body dealt with this before?

I had a similar problem with my fuel pump relay. Sometimes would cut out but if you wiggle it, it would work. What I did was to pull the fuse block off its mounts on the fender and take the back off. I was able to disconnect the wires for the relay and tighten then back up before putting it back together.

Well after wiggling it time and time again, it has arched some many times that it has melted the plastic around it and the fuse plastic. I just sent a request to fordpartsnetwork for a quote on a new fuse block. Now I don't have much choice but to replace it.
