Gas gauge

Hey guys I decided to go ahead and fix some of the annoying problems of my 94 ex.
Only one problem i dont know whats wrong. My gas guage works fine untill about half a tank and then it just drops down to empty so you have to count miles so you know when to fill up. Any ideas on what this is or how to fix it?

Check the sender in the tank. if the gauge moves at all, it is most often the sender.

I have a similar issue. I've heard that it could be the sending unit but also that the fuel gauge on the cluster tends to fail. Also, I guess the float in the tanks can form a hole and sink to the bottom. I need to fix mine also.
