Gauge cluster swap

XLT Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) swap ?? Need help

I have a 2015 piu with sync. I don't like the factory cluster it's quite plain, plus it doesn't have the m option if the shift is put into the m mode.. anyhow I have a cluster from a 2014 parts vehicle. It is in and working but the entire right screen. Entertainment . Phone . And compass do not work they all say lost communication with touch screen. Now my questions are. 1. Is there any way to get these to receive readings and control from my sync 1 apim? And my factory gpsm? So I do not receive these errors. Or Second if that's not an option is there a way to remove these icons from the right screen and just have an image.. I know the fusions have different background images on their right screen. The items there really don't bother me but any time I try and use a right steering control to use the radio it moves that screen and errors start popping up.

Does anybody know if a cluster from a 2016 will work in a 2015, I have a 2015 piu and did a floor shift swap it now goes into manual gear and working on getting my computer programmed so I can use the select shift. On the piu cluster it only has prnd .. and I think the base 2015 cluster looks cheap . I really like the 16 base gauge cluster and how it has an actual temp gauge and fuel gauge. Plus it just looks sharp. Any help is greatly appreciated

from what I read, The TCM is missing the pins for manual mode. If you get a new TCM and wiring harness it may work but it may require forscan changes as well.
