Gear Selector

Lately the gear shifter is being stubborn going into Park.You have to pull it back and "jiggle"it for it to slip into park.

Any suggestions haven't gotten under it yet,As I am getting ready to change out the rear passenger wheel bearing/hub/Po$#!^ and figured I would fix this also.

Sorry forgot to add this is a 03 merc mounty

You have to see if it's the gear selector on the transmission, the cable or the part in the column. Is the pointer a little off? Check the links in # 19 in my list of useful threads for more information.
