gearbox

Hi
Tried to do a search but no look.
Has anyone got any info or converted there gearbox to a manual
just thinking of cost and hassle to convert mine.
so when the ex breaksdown l can tow it back feed up waiting for RAC Truck.

HMmm- If I am nor mistaken there was a US thread on this subject- and it can be done, but I dont believe you will have much luck in the UK- as I believe the donor box and bell housing was from a 250...I may be wrong as I am getting old now- and the grey matter is turning to slush!
