GEM problem?

Where does the transfer case motor get its power from? I'm hearing clicking when trying to engage the 4wd, but there is no power going to the transfer case motor. Would this be a GEM problem?

I was getting the same thing with my 93; push button, hear a click, get nothing in return. Turned out it was the shift motor...rebuilt it at least 6 years ago and haven't had a problem since! However, you're saying you don't have any power going to the motor at all, and I never tested that with mine, so I could be leading you down the wrong alley...but with as cheap as this repair is, I would personally try it first...
