I was wondering how easy the tune-ups are on the 3rd Gen V8 Explorers. Here are some questions I had:
1. Are the plugs and fuel filter easily reachable by hand to replace or do you need a special tool because of clearance or other reason? I have a spark plug socket. Is that all I would need?
2. I'm assuming this has a coil pack set-up? Are mine still good @ 72K miles? I think they're original.
3. Worth putting a K&N performance air filter in it?
4. Does it even have a PCV valve?
