good budget speaker kits?

Anyone ever put loud speakers in the door? There is a installers shop that I stop by every now-and-then and I have seen him putting Eminence loud speakers in the doors of his customers vehicle.
Any input on the Idea?

Hey i just went 2 walmart and now they have a lightning audio sub kit, comes w/ a bolt amp, 2 12" subs and all the wiring and **** for $180 would this be a good budget buy?
