Good cam for 4.0 sohc?

Im about to pull the 4.0 out, what is a good cam for daily with a hard lope, that won't throw off the motor too bad or require new lifters? Im also considering gibson headers to complete the exhuast (3" duals into flowmaster 44 with turndowns). Thanks! (anybody know of a billet grill for mountaineers?)

Don't you mean camS as in 2?
Lifters? You saud it was an SOHC motor.

yes, i mean cam(s) i just wanted names.

Im not familiar with the motor, and i won't be installing it.
