good idle rough accel or rev

Okay first of hello everyone my first post on this site figured i might see if anyone has a quick answer to my problem before i dig into it and replace a bunch of stuff i dont need to bought a 1994 explorer last year it starts and idles fine sitting in neutral or park acc past 2k makes it want to choke out and same with it in gear got it home at 35mph or so and left it for a project when it would get a little warmer i have pulled the codes a while back mostly 02 sensor codes
well decided today it was starting to get warm and time to mess with it there are a few vac lines missing on drivers side next to throttle body and exhaust is of course so rusty i cannot take it apart to check cats mass air looks clean and no restriction i can see in intake area up to intake of course have not replace plugs or fuel filter yet is there a port to check the fuel pressure on these if so where or do i bother just looking for a place to start any info would be helpful maybe even a vac line diagram for the drivers side next to tb thanks ahead of time

I suppose I would plug any open vacuum lines, see if it makes a difference. If not, I might check fuel pressure and volume.

put lines on both spots it looks like lines should be in no changes where is port to check fuel pressure and what is it supposed to be

It's on the passenger side of the intake, pointing out towards the airbox. 30PSI is a good number. There is a great thread on this, I'll post it if I find it.

okay ill read it just checked my fuel pressure was hitting 35psi

Look for a test on the throttle position sensor. It sounds like this engine is going lean on you.

thaks for the info read up on the tps ill have to get a voltmeter and test it out guess ill keep driving the Lightning to work until then

Be sure to get a volume test on the fuel if you didn't do that. You can have an essentially clogged filter or a pinched line, and still get pressure, until you start drawing off of it. I think that was in the thread. Anyway, yup, good luck!
