2003 Ford Explorer Sport
My name is Jen, I am here in Michigan and fall and winter are just around the corner. I am a divorced parent. I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer last year and have had to do a few minor things to it. However with limited finances and very little help I am having to trouble shoot many things on my own before resorting to taking into the shop. I found this site online the other day and ended up here again this morning and in hopes that I could get some help, well ideas on things to try and look for to help me trouble shoot my latest issues with this truck. I am hoping to get this truck fixed and running solid before it gets to cold. The last thing I need is to get stranded someplace with no cell service in the winter.

Frustrated in MI

Welcome to the forum. :chug:

I hope you are finding the info you are after. The best way to search the forum is with the Google search box near the top of each page. It gives the most relevant results, and only searches this site.

Welcome to the forum Jen.

To help you the best as one could on an internet forum, the key is being as specific as possible, sharing pictures, and posting in the proper topic areas concerning the issue at hand.

Posting the year, exact model, engine type, and symptoms will help others help you. Spend some time here exploring the site, and using the search functions as much as possible. If you find a thread with the same topic as yours, post your questions there. If you can't find your specific issue, then start a new thread, and give all the info you possibly can about your vehicle and the problem you need help with.

Give it time for a response, nothing is instant here, and might take time before the right person reads your post to help out.

Stick around after you resolve your issue, there is more to this forum then just offering free help to problems.
