Ok first off I am now running 30x9.50 BFG AT-KO on a fairly mod 94 eb. I am wanting to run 31x10.50 with no lift. I know some people say that it is different on every explorer, some will rub and some will not. I am not going to put a lift on it because I have to rive it to school and every where I have to go unless I am going serious mudding. I do not want a lift because of the pinching on my driveshaft and other reason. But I want to know if i get the tires and they rub, will that cause anything to mess up as far as my driveing and alignment and other stuff. I want to run these bigger tires to make the truck look meaner than it does now. Also give me some feedback on how the MTR tires do, if any of yawl use them.

Ok, I just got some Pro-comp 31x10.50 MT's and I have no lift whatsoever, and my explorer is 10 years old. But mine only rub when I first start going and I am turning to the left. And the only thing it rubs on is the inner plastic fenderwell, so I don't think it'll hurt anything. I think you could fit them on. You might want to go with the pro-comps, they look awesome, and 4wheelparts.com has them for buy 3 get one free, total to have them ship all 4 tires to me was $366. Pretty damn good compared to those Goodyear's which cost somewhere around $130 each. I would hurry on that deal though, because I think it ended last week, but they are still taking orders for them last I checked. I wish I could post some pics of them, but my neighbor's computer doesn't work for them to get pics off of their digital camera I took the pics with, I might try putting hte software and driver's on my computer to take them off on my computer and post them up here.

I am runing GoodyearMT/R's 31 10.50s on a 95 with 3.73 gears looks and runs great, they made my explorer look like a truck now LOL

Don't worry. The 31's will fit.
