pulled it out of the box and it was bent...top couple of bars on the upper & lower - both ends...guy says i should try to bend it back OR pay to send it back to him & he'll send me a new one...ugh

Bend it back...they do bend easily

Did you purchase it from one of the many ebay vendors? I was thinking about ordering one last night, but I couldn't pull the trigger. I'll probably order one this evening though... only like $40 shipped.

Bend it back...Billet grills are manufactured in the thousands. Your bound to get some bends. Especially with the explorer seeing how it is one of the only bolt on mods available.
