Welcome to the site... first off, why would you need to? how fast are you going? my 94 goes well past 85 and thats only b/c the speedometer doesnt have anything past that......
you can disable it by adding a performance chip

I just wanted to know if it could be done. I have had my x well past 85 almost touching reverse. It's fun to mess with some of the mustangs around here on the highway.
