i was woundering if you could take the governor off so it doesn't cut the accel. when i hit 115mph. if so where is it and how do i take it off?

The governor is located within the programming of the PCM. It can be removed with an aftermarket chip.

haha to go faster of course. any anyways regarding to the first post. you're lucky yours cuts @ 115, mines cut @ 107 for some strange reason -_-

Mine cuts out at 104. I used to drive that fast, it's scary and I haven't done it for a good 6 months....got my speeding ticket 2 weeks ago today for doin 13 over and not realizing it - let's just say I'm very slow now......
