New to the forum, not so new to cars. We have an 05 Explorer XLT (4.0, flex fuel) bought new from the local Ford dealer. It's stock except for a new navigation system I'm installing. Basically, it's a good car and it is serving us well - no thoughts about replacing it, just maintain it and keep on driving it. Came to the forum to search out info on parasitic drain (not driving it as much as I used to). Got some good leads, so I'll press on.

Welcome to this forum! Connect a meter in the amp range in series with the battery then start pulling fuses to track down the parasitic drain.
