Grinding noise from front diferential when backing up

I have this grinding noise coming from the front differential when I´m backing up and there is a hole or some resistance (not a flat surface). For example when going out a drive way in reverse when I get past the street water channel (don´t know if that´s the name, sorry).

This truck is 4x4, the grinding noise is heard with the 4x4 in auto. When it happens I don´t see the 4x4 illuminate in the dash.

My mileage is 36,625. Not that much.

I´ll will check with my dealer.

With that mileage I believe you should still be covered under the 5 year powertrain warrantee.
