Grooved brake rotors

Hi everyone. I have a brand new 2013 explorer with 140 miles on it and it looks as though the rotors are starting to some some signs of wear. The pads haven't grooved the rotors yet, but it is showing signs where its putting pressure on the rotor. Are brake issues an issue with the explorer. Obviously at 140 miles, I'm very concerned. Any feedback would be much appreciated! Let me know how your explorers are doing. I'm planning on pulling our travel trailer, so I'm even more concerned. Thanks for all your help everyone.

Just wait until they start squeaking and then tell you that they can't reproduce the squeak even though there is a TSB out for that exact problem!
